PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The assignment was to choose a craft and create a book about it.
I chose origami.

 

DESIGN GOALS

The goal with the design was to create an engaging design that balances the traditional aspects of the craft with the modern takes on it. I wanted the book to feel clean and simple, with geometric aspects, while also feeling modern. The goal was also to create a good rhythm within the book and make the layout consistent but with enough variety to make it engaging and interesting.
